Voodoo Coffee, is seeking Baristas to join our coven of caffeinated conjurers. As a Barista, you'll wield the power of the potions behind our array of delightful, magical brews that keep our customers a-spellbound and coming back for more.

Potion Crafting and Concoction Convergence

• Alchemy Aces: Channel your inner alchemist to brew the perfect potion every time, from the scalding depths of a scintillating espresso to the velvety glories of a perfectly poured latte.
• Cauldron Care: Keep the cauldrons of coffee, tea, and other enchanted elixirs bubbling with the right mix of inventory management and quality checks.

Charmed Customer Service

• Customer Crooners: Delight our guests with a mesmerizing smile and a personalized cup of cheer to brighten their day’s quest.
• Shop Spellkeeper: Maintain the magical ambiance of Ye Olde Brew Cauldron, ensuring the shop is a safe and inviting space for all who enter its mystical thresholds.

Sparkling Speed and Accuracy

• Witching-hour Wonders: Perform mystical multitasking to serve our customers with spellbinding speed, balancing brew batching with engaging customers at the register.
• Accuracy Under Adversity: Fairy godparents aren’t the only ones who can serve wishes (beverages) with 100% accuracy, regardless of how chaotic the cauldrons become.

Grimoire of Growth and Development

• Continuous Conjuring: Commit to the ongoing pursuit of growing your skills and knowledge in the ways of the barista, consistently perfecting your craft.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience conjuring coffee (barista experience preferred but willing to train the right apprentice)
• The ability to charm, in both direct customer interactions and team collaboration
• Comfortable working in a high-paced, high-volume environment
• A dedication to the coven’s core values, including a respect for the entire Voodoo Coffee team and a love for the of beloved beverages
